DEAN EMERITUS JOHN FISHER IS LEGAL LEGEND
The WV Bar Foundation will be honoring WVU Law School Dean Emeritus John W. Fisher, II during the “friendly roast” at the Second “Lunch and Laughs with a Legal Legend” event on Friday, November 2, 2012, at 11:30 AM at the Erickson Alumni Center in Morgantown.
Master of Ceremonies Forest “Jack” Bowman, Law School Professor Emeritus, will be introducing the distinguished roasters-Ohio State University President and former WVU Law School Dean and WVU President, Gordon Gee, WVU Law School Dean Joyce McConnell and WVU Law School Professor and WVU President Emeritus, David Hardesty.
The proceeds from the lunch will be divided between Dean Fisher’s choice of scholarships for WVU Law School students and Bar Foundation grants to improve the administration of justice. Last year, just over $25,000 was generated for these worthwhile endeavors.
Single tickets are available for $60 with special sponsor tables with ten seats costing $2,000. The majority of the amount is tax deductible.

LIFE MEMBER AND CONTRIBUTOR
The Bar Foundation is pleased to announce its latest Lifetime member, Philip A. Reale of Charleston. He made his pledge of $500 during the current membership campaign.
Also, Bar Foundation Fellow Taunja Willis Miller of Morgantown made an additional generous contribution to support the beneficial programs and services of the Bar Foundation.
