BAR FOUNDATION SELLS BUILDING
The WV Bar Foundation Board of Directors has sold its remaining building located at 2008 Kanawha Blvd., East in Charleston. The new owners, Joel Beverly and Apogee, Inc., an environmental services company from Kentucky, took possession after the closing on August 8. The sale price was $330,000.
WV Commercial real estate company expertly handled the successful sales negotiations for both the 2006 building, which closed at the end of May, and the 2008 building and garage apartment. The Board of Directors has taken action to initiate an Endowment Fund with the proceeds from the real estate sales.
The new mailing address for the Bar Foundation is Post Office Box 4845, Charleston, WV 25364.

ABF/BAR FOUNDATION FELLOWS JOINT MEETING
