Several philanthropic law firms and leadership organizations have already committed to supporting the 4th Lunch and Laughs With a Legal Legend event on Friday, October 17, at the Erickson Alumni Center in Morgantown from 11:30 AM until 1:00 PM. The honored guest for the “friendly roast” is WVU College of Law Professor Emeritus and extraordinary speaker, Forest “Jack” Bowman.

The proceeds from this worthwhile charitable activity will be distributed to Professor Bowman’s choice of the law student scholarship fund at the WVU College of Law and for Bar Foundation grants to improve the administration of justice, such as anti-bullying programs, child abuse and neglect prevention and civic education.

Sponsorships of $2,000 are provided a reserved table with 10 seats. Individual tickets can be purchased for $60. A majority of the amount is tax deductible. Please contact the Bar Foundation to make reservations— —– 304-343-9823—P. O. 4845, Charleston, WV 25364.
