JOHN E. BUSCH-
On November 11, John E. Busch of Elkins passed away.
Well known and well respected throughout his community, our state and our nation, John had been an outstanding leader in the legal profession and in legal organizations for decades. He was a member the original group of Bar Foundation Fellows in 1999 and he accomplished many great deeds and achievements during his tenure as WV State Bar President, WV representative to the American Bar Association’s House of Delegates and as an ABA Board of Governors member.
More importantly, he was a wonderful person, who served as a mentor to many lawyers, represented his many clients in the most professional and civil manner and demonstrated his caring and love for his family and friends, especially his beloved wife, Molly, his four children, nine grandchildren and one great grandchild.

END OF YEAR CONTRIBUTIONS-
As the Thanksgiving holiday symbolizes all the blessings that we enjoy, it also signals that the end of the year is approaching which is the time when the vast majority of contributions and donations are made to worthwhile charitable organizations.
Please consider making a tax deductible contribution to the WV Bar Foundation so that our Board of Directors can increase its strong commitment to assisting those statewide activities that improve the administration of justice and the provision of legal services in the areas of child abuse and neglect prevention, law related education and legal system scholarships.
You can easily make donations electronically on the Bar Foundation’s homepage on the new website— www.wvbarfound.org —-or send a check to WV Bar Foundation, 2008A Kanawha Blvd., East, Charleston, WV 25311.
Do it before December 31, 2011.
Thank You and Happy Thanksgiving!
