- Bar Foundation Board meets using video and telephone conferencing.
BAR FOUNDATION BOARD OF DIRECTORS-
For the first time in its history, the Bar Foundation Board of Directors held its quarterly meeting by utilizing both video and telephone conferencing systems, as well as being present in person. The fifteen member Board met at the law offices of Bowles, Rice, McDavid, Graff and Love in Charleston with participation by lawyers in Fairmont, Martinsburg and Weston through the excellent technology made available by the law firm. During the meeting, the Board received a clean unqualified annual audit from its Independent Auditor, approved a new public service scholarship grant for a law student at the WVU College of Law, reviewed a Real Estate Option Agreement for its two office buildings, accepted a financial report and took action on strategic planning matters.
