MEMORIAL CONTRIBUTION-
Bar Foundation Fellow Kemp Morton (Huntington) and his wife, Susan, have made a generous contribution to the Bar Foundation in memory of two well known Huntington attorneys who passed away recently-Maurice Flynn and George Beter.
HAPPY 23RD ANNIVERSARY-
On December 30, the WV Bar Foundation celebrated its 23rd anniversary. With Robert Steptoe, Jr. (Bridgeport) serving as its first President, the Bar Foundation was incorporated as a non-profit, tax exempt philanthropic entity in 1988.
During its existence, hundreds of outstanding lawyers and members of the judiciary from all parts of the state and all types of legal expertise have served as members of the Board of Directors and made decisions to benefit the state and its men, women and children.
The Bar Foundation plans to continue its beneficial operation in the future by improving and enhancing its programs and services.
