BAR FOUNDATION BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The WV Bar Foundation Board of Directors will hold its quarterly meeting on Thursday, March, 7, beginning at 12:00 Noon. The meeting will be conducted by telephone conference call to increase its efficiency and effectiveness. The normal process is for one Board meeting to be face to face in the fall, held in conjunction with the Lunch and Laughs With A Legal Legend event in Morgantown, and the other three meetings by toll free conference call. The Board agenda includes the Financial Report, the review of recommended actions from Bar Foundation committees and strategic planning updates. Even with their busy schedules, a super majority of Board members actively participate during the quarterly meetings. ___________________________________________________________
