BOARD MEETING
During its meeting on December 4, 2014, the Bar Foundation’s Board of Directors took action on several governance items with special emphasis on the Independent Auditors report for July 1, 2013-June 30, 2014.

The audit was a clean one as has occurred in all previous ones. The Internal Revenue Service Form 990 was reviewed extensively with both documents being approved. They will be placed on the website—wvbarfound.org—with the more recent materials in the near future.

The Board also reviewed its financial report and Investment Fund, made decisions on strategic planning matters, and approved recommendations from the Grants Committee and the Strategic Planning Committee.

The next quarterly meeting is set for Thursday, March 19, 2015.
